Jayapataka Swami e-Care is a personal platform of Guru Maharaja to fulfill his divine vision of guiding each of his disciples world-wide to go back to Godhead. Guru Maharaja’s motto for the platform is CARE WITH LOVE. He desires to take care of all his disciples – sannyasa, brahmin, harinama initiated, shelter, aspiring, siksa disciples.

Guru Maharaja has manifested the e-Care team with the mission to SHARE THE CARE by ensuring that each of his disciples across the world remain connected with him.

To achieve this mission, the e-Care team strives to connect with each disciple by digital media or physical contact to gather their current phone numbers, mobile numbers, WhatsApp numbers, valid email id’s, and present residential address. 

The e-Care team comprises Regional Care Coordinators (RCC’s) for various regions where his disciples reside. They are supported by Local Care Coordinators (LCC’s) residing in each of the regions to SHARE THE CARE as instruments in the divine service of the lotus feet of Guru Maharaja. The e-Care team uses techniques like: 

📞 CALL TO CONNECT (using phone/mobile calling, Mobile App calling) & SHARE THE CARE, 

💬 MESSAGE (using e-Mail / WhatsApp / POSTED LETTER / SMS etc.) & SHARE THE CARE, 

🤝 VISIT (Face-to-Face) & SHARE THE CARE.

The e-Care team uses some of the following contexts to SHARE THE CARE and spread the divine blessings of Guru Maharaja:

1. Inform the devotees how to connect with Guru Maharaja using: 

• official e-Mail id jps-care@jayapatakaswami.com, 
• Jayapataka Swami App (Download Android App | Download iPhone App), and 
• region-wise official Phone / WhatsApp number as provided in the official website: https://www.jayapatakaswami.com/jayapataka-swami-care.

2. Seek video / audio reports like sadhana of chanting 16 rounds and following four regulative principles as per initiation vows, Vaisnava seva, Sastric study, preaching, book distribution and even spiritual challenges including subjects like ashrama, marriage, child birth, weakness in following Krishna consciousness, and even end of life.
3. Accept call recordings or voice recordings of what the disciples would like to tell Guru Maharaja. 
4. Compile names of disciples who would like to have divine darshan (online over zoom link and / or offline if possible) of Guru Maharaja.
5. Convey the divine instructions and messages of Guru Maharaja like:

• If yet to receive Brahmin initiation, to highlight the importance of Brahmin diksa and chanting of the sixth Gayatri mantra or Krsna mantra as per Hari Bhakti Vilasa. To ask if the disciple is preparing for Brahmin initiation by obtaining Bhakti Sastri certificate, reading books as prescribed and getting recommendation from authorities.
• Also, to find out if the Harinama initiated disciples are following the divine instruction to chant one round each during the three sandhyas. The three rounds can be included in the minimum 16 rounds of the day.ing extra rounds is always good.
• To ask initiated disciples who are in Grihastha ashrama, if they contribute 11% of their earnings for the Krishna consciousness movement. They can also avail options like JPS Virtual Table for monthly Gita dana, Har Ghar Bhagavatam, Har Ghar Gauranga, TOVP Exhibit Fund, Mayapur Vaisnava Seva Fund, Mayapur Compassionate Medical Fund etc. 
• To seek from the disciples names of siksa guru along with the type of siksa guru other than Guru Maharaja himself since he is diksa-cum-siksa guru and Srila Prabhupada who is our founding siksa-guru in the website page: https://www.jayapatakaswami.com/e-care-siksa-guru/.
